Geocoding Data Upload Instructions

After entering your geocoding order through our eStore, you may forward your file to us via email to techsupport@ajmsoft.com. The file may be compressed in .ZIP, .RAR, .ACE or .SIT (MacOS) format. Please use a standard format. If your file is too large to send via email (> 3MB), please use our Batch Upload form. If we do not receive your file within 24 hours, an ajm Software representative will contact you for further instructions.

If any price adjustments are needed for high record counts or non-standard formats, we'll contact you for approval before doing any work.
