ajm Software Statement of Privacy

At ajm Software, we are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. You can navigate through most of our site without giving us any information about yourself. Occasionally, we do need information to provide services that you request, and this statement of privacy explains data collection and use in those situations.

Collecting your Personal Information
We will ask you when we need information that personally identifies you (personal information) or allows us to contact you. Generally, this information is requested when you are asked to register when ordering e-mail newsletters or when purchasing and registering ajm Software products. When you purchase an ajm Software product, we will request personal information such as: name, address, telephone number, credit card number and shipping information.
If you ever want to review or update your profile, simply send an email to privacy@ajmsoft.com and we will honor your request as soon as possible. We will send information only to the email address under which it was registered and will never include credit card numbers.

Use of your Personal Information
We use your personal information for these purposes:

To alert you to product upgrades, special offers, updated information and other new services from ajm Software.
To provide you with technical assistance when you request it.

To ensure we are publishing content customers need and want, ajm Software collects aggregated site-visitation statistics using cookies. We do not track individuals' use of the site.
